Our overall capabilities include:

  • Conceptualization of the design based on the approved project program, goals, and solutions. Preliminary drawings & design boards will be presented.

  • Based on the approved concept design, we will work to refine the design solutions and develop detailed drawings.

  • Technical drawings and specifications are prepared in coordination with other consultants for permit submittal and construction.

  • In order to help our clients get the best price and quality for their project we will coordinate the G.C. bidding process and level all bids in order to make an informed decision on awarding a contractor.

  • Allow us to design & develop personalized custom furniture and millwork to fit your project needs.

  • We will review all purchase orders with you and place orders upon approval.

  • Let us monitor that the project specifications & design intent are being carefully crafted and carried out by the G.C.
