Full gut renovation of a two-bedroom loft apartment in the historical 1884 Allen Building, in Clinton NY. This space had been last used as a bunk house in the 1930’s for migrant farmers and miners working in the area. We brought new life to the space while respecting the bones and utilizing existing doors, hardwood floors, and plumbing fixtures. See below for the before and after photos.
